Standard Operating Procedure for Ender 3S1 Bioprinter

1. Turn on Ender 3S1 power

2. Slide CRTOUCH probe out of storage bracket and into hotend bracket

3. Select Prepare -> Homing -> Auto Home

4. Remove CRTOUCH probe from hotend bracket and stow away again

4. Select Prepare -> Preheat PLA

5. Once bed and extruder temperatures have reached setpoints,
   set HV level and extrude rate:

    a) Run Applications -> System -> CuteCom

    b) Open device /dev/ttyACM1

    c) be sure DTR is checked

    d) type in Input field then enter:

        {"hvpos", 0}                (sets polarity to negative - yel LED comes on))

        {"hvlev", 4000}             (sets high voltage level to 4kv)

        {"hvon", 1}                 (turns on HV - red LED comes on)

        {"rate", 10}                (extrude rate = 10uL/min)

6. Select Media -> program name

    This runs the G-code you have prepared with Cura MEW profile
