CPTR-142 Homework #14 - Due Wednesday 5/28/14
Extend the binary tree program to include a delete node function.
Study chapter 12 to understand the operation of binary tree searching
and the related functions.
Fill out the main routine to demonstrate operation of the binary
tree functions.
Bring a printout of your main.cpp
file to class. Email the main.cpp files to
me but as you do that change the name to: name_program14.cpp
where name represents your last name. And between name and
program14 is an underscore. I appreciate not having spaces
in your file names.
